We are looking for senior developers with at least 3 years of experience who are interested in a leadership role in their team and want to take their knowledge and skill of Java and J2EE to the next level. Some of the technologies you will be learning and working with are Advanced Java, Struts, EJB3.0, Hibernate, XML etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Experience in Core Java, J2EE is required.
• Experience in Struts, Spring, EJB3.0, Hibernate, XML is a plus.
• Must be self directed and motivated, extremely proactive with a strong work ethic
• Must have passion for the internet industry and think creatively and innovatively.
